Experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal
5 years experience in law office required – estate planning
experience preferred, but not required for full-time position. We are looking for an energetic and
outgoing person to join our close-knit firm. We are a 3 lawyer, 2 staff estate planning firm. The position
is for a full support legal assistant / paralegal.
Must have great communication skills both on the phone and in person. You will be the main contact
person with our incredible clients. Must enjoy working with and interacting with people!
Your responsibilities would include client contact, calendaring, daily correspondence, preparing Arizona
Corporation Commission filings, light drafting, proofreading, and follow up on all aspects of estate
planning documents. Must be strong in all areas of your job, especially organization and prioritization.
Multi-tasking is crucial as you will get interrupted.
Must be proficient at word processing, able to use or willing to learn Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks.
Experience with CLIO preferred, but not required. If not currently a Notary Public, must be eligible to
